Chel-Khoebnu is long forgotten. Once home to the Anvilhearts and thus the Kings of all Dwarves, Thrabuk was destroyed by Rihan in her campaign to create a second age of chaos. The ruins now serve as home to Drow tribes who supposedly hold one of the Orbs of Dragonkind. While standing it was said to be one of the most marvelous structures known to the world, rivaling the Giants capital of Kar Aarn. Just like Kar Aarn and unlike Dwarven cities, Chel-Khoebnu was built mostly above land. Some of the city still existed underground, but the beauty of Chel-Khoebnu was that which lay on the surface for all to see.

Chel-Khoebnu was said to be the home of some of the greatest smiths of legend, the first to discover the uses of Shamirite and the first to shape steel. When their city was destroyed, they were scattered throughout the world, spreading their knowledge; they became so prolific amongst the people of Ylembic that so too did their God, now known as Goibhniu, God of Smithing and Invention.
