Chel-Yophi is similar in nature to the home of the Goldenbeards, in that, it is made up of a series of hill strongholds and a central mountain stronghold which overlooks the lands. It is home to the Cloudsmiths, a name given to the royal family eons ago when it was believed they had the power to create the clouds. The Cloudmiths, as well as Chel-Yophi, have to be among the most elegant and well, Elf-like, Dwarven societies there is. Everything from their architecture to the silverware is downright beautiful and painstakingly perfected, a stark contrast to other Dwarven settlements which have very blunt and harsh designs and a less serious atmosphere.

Chel-Yophi is a stronghold unlike other Dwarven strongholds, as the Cloudsmiths pride themselves in material things, not unlike other Dwarves, but pride themselves in the appearance of their homes as well, and meticulously follow their self-defined guidelines of what looks nice, well-groomed beards and hair, perfectly-sewn garbs, and painfully-researched home decor, to name some of their standards. The Cloudsmiths have an ages old, bitter, but friendly rivalry with Cloud Giants, both parties believe the other adopted their love of material possessions from them, I think it may just be a product of looking down on everyone.
