The Yaku, characterized by their very dark-black-greyish black skin and dark, short, curly hair, make up most of northern Etifea. They mostly live on the coasts in large communities. The Yaku respect the dead immensely, disrespect for the dead is punishable in their eyes, and their ancestors are thought to protect the tribe, whether it be in the villages, or on the battlefields. The race is made up of many theocratic tribes, worshipping foreign Gods and Goddesses.
