Khittah is born of soil, and is perhaps the least worshipped of the Yadruheema. The Goddess of Agriculture, Khittah is rarely worshipped outside of strongholds that feature above ground agriculture as a major part of their society. In strongholds which contain their entire civilization underground, soil is rarely a necessity, and Khittah falls by the wayside. These cities do not bury their dead, but rather place them in catacombs. They do not rely on crops, but rather sustain on hunted meat and scavenged vegetation, with thriving bee cultures to make honey for mead. In any event, Khittah is simply forgotten. But in the few prominent strongholds that feature above ground farms, Khittah is far more popular. Farmers are buried under dirt on their farms, and soil is much more necessary, giving the way for Khittah to be widely worshipped.
