Goddess of the Soul and Luck. Personification of the Plane of Soul.
Sige is the Goddess of Luck and the Soul. When every new life is born, they are bound to four threads, the first three being that of body, mind, and heart, that determine one’s health and lifespan, intellectual prowess and magical ability, and the heart (or spirit) they give and receive, respectively. The final thread is attached by Sige to the soul, and sets in place their fortune in life. Sometimes, the final thread is wrapped around another, marking the person with a life of better or worse fortune in relation to the thread it was intertwined with. For instance, if the soul thread is wrapped around the mind thread, the person will face better or worse luck in relation of intelligence and scholarly pursuits. Sige is symbolized by the butterfly, and a common belief is that butterflies are the souls of yet-to-be-born, and killing one is thought to be bad luck, especially with their relation to the Goddess of luck.
Sige is older than any of the Celestials we worship today, some say she is the oldest thing known. Sige is not only a Goddess but quite literally the embodiment of the Plane of Soul. She stood long before the Archons crafted the Aeons to fight the Absolutes, most certainly older than the Archons and Demiurges themselves but no one knows by how much. Sige houses the Pleroma and the Kenoma, long forgotten domains of the Archons and Demiurges, respectively. The Pleroma is now occupied by the Aeons, who sculpted and shaped them into their own domains, natural homes and eternal resting places for their creations.
