In terms of as a patron to warlocks this tarot would compel dual out of their their deal once a year. If a year goes by without a duel it would be forced upon the warlock. But the warlock can at any point in the year compel the duel. The winning condition is death for the warlock or beheading of the Green Knight. With every passing year, the green night gets stronger. If the duel is called upon by the warlock then other people might be able to get involved in the dual. However, no matter what anyone else does to the Green Knight they will single-mindedly attack the warlock.
