The Pale Moon Court is the antithesis to a thieves’ guild, holding the virtues of the law and order above all else. They have no desire for wealth or fame, only that laws are followed and society’s traditions are upheld. Their main following is in Ohnk, where Law and Order are central to the nation’s values. The Pale Moon Court holds great sway in Ohnk, serving as a secondary law enforcement force. While their intentions are mostly good, they are known to be extremely rigid and harsh in their punishment.
Lokke, the Giantkin God of Oath and Law, is central to their order, and all members take a lifelong oath to serve the order unless otherwise dismissed. Punishment for breaking the tenants of the order are strict and swift, where even the lowest form of crime holds a great sentence. Even if a member is dismissed from duty, they are still expected to uphold the values and respect the law, or be subject to the same punishment any member would be for their crime.
The Pale Moon Court is almost paramount in the land of Ohnk, outranked only by The Farseers.
