The Zhènxian reflect the liberating nature of the infinite skies of the plane of air. Their mission is to liberate the weak from the chains of slavery or oppression. While the mission of the Kevir is to conquer for the purpose of bringing the stability of a large nation to smaller states, the Zhènxian liberate those abused and bullied by a larger nation. Sometimes, a large empire backed by the Zhènxian will devolve into an oppressive state, at which point they lose the support of the Zhènxian, and provoke the ire of the Paelan.
