God of Timekeeping, the Calendar, the Seasons, and Ravens. Patron of the Eladrin. Empyrean.
DAHG-duh, DAKH-duh, Rhymes with “Mock the.”
Daghda is the God of wind, the calendar, the seasons, timekeeping, and ravens. Rather than watch over time itself, Daghda simply ensures the smooth passing of one season into the next. The Daghdacha is named after him, and those who worship him, though far and few between, believe that he crafted the Daghdacha. He is oft seen as a father figure and sometimes revered as the God of Fathers and Fatherhood, he is also sometimes seen as the God of the harvest. People pray to him if they personally rely on the passing of the seasons. Farmers pray to him for a bountiful harvest, while Fishers pray for a quick thaw.
