God of Storms. Empyrean.

The father of the sky and God of thunder, Iovis’ deafening claps brought immortal Dragons to the ground, only the strongest even got back up. Iovis is perhaps among the largest of the Gods, challenging even his father Lokke for the title of largest God. His punches sent forth sonic waves capable of downing even the strongest of foe.

Iovis is known to the giants as Thunor. At one time, Iovis walked the earth, leading the Storm Giants as their chief, before leaving once again to Jättarhem. In his time on Ylembica, he was famous for his fighting prowess, made even more impressive by the fact that he fought without weapons, and wore no armor. However, as much as he loves fighting, he loves discovery and the artistic pursuits above all else. Iovis instructs his followers to make, to craft, to sing, paint, write, and to travel across the globe to spread the joy of the arts. Many bards follow Iovis, even above the Bardic Spirits.
