The bronze capital, Ottone sits east of the Ironshield Mountains. Ottone is a city of absolute law, Scalerite is a sacred holiday in the city of Ottone, and the people who call this city home worship the God of the moon and law, Lokke. In the center of town stands a large war gong, constructed of shields of their fallen enemies. There are more than a few shields belonging to the Dwarves of Dirdarihm, taken as trophies of war.

The city of Ottone has one of the most faithful and diligent city guards, accepting no less than the absolute following of the rules. Only those truly smart enough can get away with crimes here, and those who attempt larger crimes, such as robbery, bribery, or murder are usually struck down quickly and without prejudice. Thus, the thieves’ guild of these lands has a very difficult time holding a grasp over this city.

Although the justice system is harsh and swift, few could call it unfair. The country and the city have some of the fairest laws concerning the treatment of individuals charged with a crime, and awaiting trial. These laws involve the protection of an indicted person’s identity, and a fair a quick trial. The judges and prosecutors of the city take these measures very seriously. The highest authority in the judiciary system of Ohnk are the Farseers, a council of judicators permitted to use divination magics as they see fit to determine guilt and innocence, or to prevent events of great destruction or terror. Their position is tightly guarded, and is not taken lightly, divination magic is used rarely, as the ideology of Ohnk dictates that the guilt or innocence of a person should be determined without the use of magic, as magic trivializes the judicial process.
