Tawny skinned with dusty hair, the Moufi were traditionally nomadic, sticking to their own kind. Only venturing to settlements to trade their wares, over time the Moufi learned more and more elaborate steel working techniques, discovered a magically imbued ore, called Mavibuyu, which strengthened steel and gave it a blue tint. The once Nomadic clans of the Moufi began to come together to form settlements around the eastern side of the Ironshield Mountains and the Southern Hills.
Although they have had a long history of strife with Dwarves, and are responsible for the destruction of Dirdarihm, the Moufi and the Dwarves of the land now live in a bitter peace. The Moufi are known for their less-is-more lifestyle. Few warriors sport armor or use large weapons and shields, and meals are eaten small but with plenty of flavor. Moufi are skilled with swords, usually short swords or rapiers, and are extremely dexterous in a fight.
